Greatest service experience of my life. Everyone at Wes Jackson was friendly and knowledgeable. Had my fleet vehicle in for service. Everything completed quickly. Job so well done, it was as if God himself came down from heaven and serviced the vehicle through the technicians hands.

Everytime I walk in the door Kim and Shanise always greets me with an awesome smile and great conversation. My car is always taken care of by the mechanics. The last time I heard noise which I thought was my transmission, I called and Kim said they were booked. When I spoke to her of my concerns she told me to come right over and Keith would take a look. Needless to say it wasn’t my transmission, but Keith told me what I needed. They are thorough, and they only recommend what I need at that time. Or provide me with a timeline if I need to get something done at a later date. Even if I need a ride Shanise or someone in the team is right there for me. I appreciate the entire team as they say ‘team work makes the dream work!’ They take care of my car which in turn takes care of me while I am on the road. Keep up the good work!
