Everytime I walk in the door Kim and Shanise always greets me with an awesome smile and great conversation. My car is always taken care of by the mechanics. The last time I heard noise which I thought was my transmission, I called and Kim said they were booked. When I spoke to her of my concerns she told me to come right over and Keith would take a look. Needless to say it wasn’t my transmission, but Keith told me what I needed. They are thorough, and they only recommend what I need at that time. Or provide me with a timeline if I need to get something done at a later date. Even if I need a ride Shanise or someone in the team is right there for me. I appreciate the entire team as they say ‘team work makes the dream work!’ They take care of my car which in turn takes care of me while I am on the road. Keep up the good work!
