Always great service and honesty from WJ. We feel the technicians have our best interest at heart and are not pressured to upsell us. We will continue to come here. Thw prices are definitely higher than the Pep Boys type places in the area but thw piece of mind is worth the extra cash.

The most impressive moment of my short visit to Wes Jackson happened as I was paying the bill and leaving. While the cost seemed a bit high at first, the mechanic that actually did the work came into the office to introduce himself and answer the questions I had. Because of his explanation, I realized that I had been driving an unsafe and dangerous car. The cost didn't seem nearly as prohibitive after that. I thanked him and left the business having made a talented friend.

The only thing wrong was no paper put down on the carpet on the drivers side. So there is some grease on the carpet.
