I've been in the area for less than 6 months, and in my 2nd visit to Wes Jackson they were able to fix my brakes in a timely manner. In addition, they informed me I wouldn't need new tires (as I was told by another dealer). They performed a simple rotation and it saved me lots. Thanks again!

Everyone at Wes Jackson Auotmotive are great. I had a bad sound coming from what I thought were my front brakes. My usual garage was not able to put my truck up to even check out to see what the issue was for a week. They recommended I take my truck to Wes Jackson and see if they could look at it sooner. When I went over and talked to them they seemed concerned and immediately took my truck for a test ride and then put it up on the lift. It turned out that my rear brakes were destroyed and needed to be replaced. They kept my truck and gave me a loaner car while they replaced my brakes. That is great customer service which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend anyone looking for an honest garage that treats their customers and potential customers like they care about your safety to use Wes Jackson. My usual garage made a terrible mistake sending me there because they have now lost the business of myself and my wife.

They are the best, customer service, honesty and always on the ball. I brought my work van in without calling. Im a jerk, . They fixed it and got me right back on my schedule for my customers. I've never gave a review. They deserve it. I won't take my work vehicles or personal vehicles anywhere else.

I took my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe to them because I had a 2 inch broken in the Muffler - They called Hyundai but they said It’ll cost $900 to replace the whole exhaust system but Wes Jackson mechanic was HONEST with me and said he’s gonna Weld That broken piece and it should be fine and that’s was it - Professionals working there starting with rhe cheerful KIM to all Mechanics- love them 5/5 - I’ll go again for more services- HIGHLY RECOMMENDING *Update: they sent me high design welcome letter wow love them

I recently had my work van towed there because the gear shifter snapped. This was my first experience there and I am more than satisfied. From the lovely Kim at the front desk, to the service manager Keith, they were very welcoming and most important honest, which can be find to hard with mechanics. They explained exactly what my situation was and were very accommodating as they got me back on the road that same day!
