So far every experience I have had with Wes Jackson has been excellent. The techs are friendly and straightforward when explaining what is wrong, what needs to be done in order to fix the issue and how much it will approximately cost so there are no surprises. If anyone I know asks me where to take their car I always tell them to take it to Wes Jackson.

We have been using Wes Jackson for over 15 years. Never had an issue. Their mechanics are top notch. We has mostly retired, but the office team of Keith and Kim take great care of you. I had my 2015 in this week to have the headlights replaced. I could not find a way to contort my arm to replace them. His guys did both in just an hour.

My car was towed there after hours. The next day they checked it out and gave me an estimate for time and repair costs. They were professional, helpful and answered questions I had. I was pleased with the service and will go back for regular maint.

Great experience! They were friendly when I called to set up an appointment, I dropped my car off after-hours and the drop box was easy to find, stocked with a pen and envelope to put my keys into, they called the next day with a quote, called a few hours later when it was done, took my payment info by phone, and I picked up my car that night. All around smooth experience! Would definitely recommend!
