Needed a hitch installed. Before ordering, team verified make, model, AND sub-model, which impressed me. Once thw correct hitch was confirmed, received an estimate, so there would not be any "sticker shock." Gave the team the approval to complete the job. Attention to detail and constant communication impressed me.

Great service and always pleasant to communicate with

I'm 76 years old who knows nothing about cars except how to put gas in the tank and air in the tires. Having said that, it was a coin flip as to where to take my car when transmission died. Long story short, I went to the wrong place first. I then called Wes Jackson Auto and talked to Kim and life was wonderful! Kim was so patient and helpful. I had a rental and was concerned that timing of repair and return of loaner would coincide. And the staff did it... at a very reasonable price! I would (will) recommend Wes Jackson for their professional, timely service. Many, many thanks to Kim.
