My overall, I would review Wes Jackson highly!. When I had arrived for my appointment. I had been greeted by his staff in a friendly manner. As well as being greeted as a friend by Wes. Himself. My mechanical issue had been approached in a very professional manner, and completed in real time. This is rare in today's market, And Wes Jackson has Earned customer loyalty from me.. And will be known to anyone I will refer in the future ...

I had my truck in for rear shock installation & annual inspections. I was called & informed that I needed addtional work for inspection, which I expected. Price was quoted & expected time of completion.I was called when it was done. Communication was great. I told Mike when I would be there to pay for it( late Friday ) & no problem. It is nice doing business with people that communicate & care about the customer.
