My car broke down while on 422. Got towed to Wes Jackson. They found my problem was a cracked radiator. Put in a new radiator and did all the associated work with that. Very pleased with their service, especially Kim at the front desk and all the people in the repair area. I would recommend them for service work on your car.

This is the second time I got service at Wes Jackson and once again was very satisfied with the end result. I was getting a standard oil change but also had another concern and some testing was done to try to figure out the problem. It was determined that it is something in the computer system but not exactly sure if that is fixable at this time. I appreciate greatly that the time was taken even though it may not be fixable. I was told to monitor and if I continue to have problems to bring the car back to try again to possibly fix the problem. That is great service by far.
